Description
This hose crimping machine is mainly used for buckling processing for high pressure rubber pipe assembly in the mechanical engineering. It can also be used for buckling the two-way bends, especially large bends and irregular shape bends.This machine features small and portable appearance, big force, low noise and easy to operate. The buckling amount can be precise adjusted through a scale. It makes the mould base division to be more even through the double inclined plane eight-flap mould seat equipped with a high accuracy guiding device.
The cylinder piston adopts one-piece precision cast steel material to completely solve the deformation of the cylinder caused by welding, and the problems such as product precision not enough.
The advance and retreat of the piston, the opening and contraction movement of the mold all depend on the power generated by the hydraulic power source.
Applicable to all kinds of mechanical high and low pressure oil pipes, gas pipes, water pipes, cables, automotive air conditioning pipes, gasoline fuel supply pipes, as well as the deduction of construction parts and daily water heater pipes, widely used in industries of vehicles, engineering machinery, hydraulic machinery, welding and cutting equipment, etc.
